Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive.
However, we offer exchange only under the following circumstances:

✅ Exchange is accepted ONLY if:

  • We sent the wrong product, or

  • We sent the wrong size, or

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect

📅 Exchange window:

You must raise the request within 7 days of receiving the order.

🎥 Mandatory requirement:

To be eligible, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (from opening the package, with no cuts or edits)

  • Product must be in unused condition with all tags attached

🚚 Pickup & Replacement:

  • We will arrange a free pickup from your address

  • After inspection, a replacement will be shipped to you

❌ Refunds are not offered

We do not offer refunds, as we operate on an exchange-only model.

🛑 Orders cannot be exchanged in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video

  • Missing / removed tags

  • Product shows signs of wear, use, or washing
